$47,000- $51,000 (Salary) We are seeking a Lead Placement Finding Specialist to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In collaboration with the training department and Placement Finding Manager, assists with the onboarding of new Placement Finding Specialists to ensure adherence to best practices. Provides ongoing mentoring, on-the-job coaching, and training to the team of placement finding specialists. Provides guidance and direction regarding DCF policies and procedures as well as Cornerstones of Care guidelines, and best practices. Provides ongoing and consistent communication with the manager and team members within the unit. Assumes responsibility for supervisor, in their absence, as needed, directed, and required.WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of child welfare arena experience and the following: Bachelor's degree in social work or other related field is required. Master's degree is preferred. At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.WHO WE ARE
