No coatings experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training for the right person. Experience in concrete, construction, painting, landscaping, auto detailing, moving or other physical work is helpful. This is a part-time position with approximately 20-40 hours per week based on our project schedule. Projects are located throughout the Kansas City metro and may require early morning start times. What You'll Do Prepare concrete using grinders, vacuums and other surface-preparation equipment Repair cracks, pits and damaged areas Protect walls, doors and surrounding property before installation Mix and apply polyurea/polyaspartic coating materials Broadcast decorative vinyl chip into the coating Scrape, vacuum and prepare the surface for its protective topcoat Load, unload and maintain tools and materials Keep jobsites organized and clean Follow the crew lead's instructions and established installation process Treat customers' homes and property carefully What We're Looking For Consistent attendance and punctuality A steady work pace throughout the day Willingness to learn and receive direction Attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a small crew Reliable transportation to our Lenexa meeting location and scheduled jobsites Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds Ability to stand, kneel, bend and perform physical work for extended periods Availability Monday through Friday, including early mornings when scheduled Pay and Development Starting pay is $19 per hour. Candidates with relevant experience may qualify for a higher starting rate. Every new hire receives a 30-day performance review. A pay increase may be offered based on attendance, punctuality, work pace, quality, ability to learn the installation process and overall dependability.
