HCA Healthcare is seeking an EMS Coordinator RN to strengthen coordination between emergency medical services and hospital teams. In this role, you will oversee EMS outreach, education, and protocols, ensuring seamless patient transitions from field to facility. The EMS Coordinator RN develops and delivers training for EMS providers, monitors quality metrics, and collaborates with emergency department leaders to improve response times and clinical outcomes. You will review cases, provide feedback, support compliance with regulatory standards, and promote evidence based practices.
