    Competitive Compensation:
    $24-26.50/hr. based on your experience and certifications (ACI Level 1, Aggregate Testing Certification, and Hardened Properties Certification).

Position Overview Under the guidance of the Technical Services Manager, you'll perform ASTM-standard tests on concrete and raw materials to guarantee the highest quality and ensure products meet exact specifications. You'll become a trusted resource for our customers, providing expert support on concrete performance, mix design, and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities
        • Conduct seven ASTM tests on plastic concrete samples, including slump, air, yield, temperature, moisture, and related analyses.
        • Lead and instruct batch plant teams in scheduled testing and quality procedures.
        • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues professionally, strengthening client relationships.
        • Collect and sieve rock and sand samples to maintain high quality standards.
        • Manage and deliver test cylinders between batch plants and our state-of-the-art research lab.
        • Ensure compliance with ASTM specifications and ACI standards in all testing and reporting.
        • Keep laboratory equipment calibrated and in optimal condition.
        • Document and report test results, maintaining accurate records of all projects.
        • Conduct safety training, including slump school for drivers and staff.
        • Take on special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
        • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, consistently observing safety regulations.
        • Coordinate closely with batch plant teams to optimize concrete production. Who We're Looking For
