Concrete Foreman JT Construction is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows concrete, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to lead a crew and continue growing their career. Responsibilities Lead and organize concrete crews and daily field activities Keep work safe, productive, and on schedule Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment Read plans, understand project expectations, and communicate with the project team Oversee layout, forming, concrete placement, and finishing Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship Identify field issues and help develop practical solutions Train and mentor crew members Lead by example and work alongside the crew when needed Qualifications 3+ years of concrete construction experience; 5+ years preferred Previous Foreman, Crew Lead, or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placement, and finishing Ability to read plans and perform jobsite layout Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Concrete certifications and additional industry training are a plus.
