Concrete Superintendent JT Construction is looking for an experienced Concrete Superintendent to help lead our concrete field operations. This is a key leadership position for someone who knows concrete construction, knows how to lead people, and can plan and coordinate work to keep multiple crews safe, productive, and on schedule. As JT Construction continues to grow, this position offers the opportunity to play an important role in the continued development of our concrete operations. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate concrete foremen, crews, and daily field operations Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and sequencing to meet project schedules and production goals Work closely with Project Managers and field leadership to plan upcoming work and resolve field issues Monitor productivity, schedules, and job performance to help keep projects on budget Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship Oversee layout, forming, placement, finishing, and all phases of concrete construction Coordinate equipment and resources across projects for maximum efficiency Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, customers, and field employees Develop Foremen and crew members through training, mentoring, and accountability Lead by example and help build a strong, productive concrete team Qualifications 5+ years of concrete construction experience Proven Foreman, Superintendent, or comparable field leadership experience Strong knowledge of concrete forming, layout, placement, finishing, and construction sequencing Ability to read plans, understand schedules, and work from project budgets and production goals Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to plan and coordinate multiple crews and projects Valid driver's license Additional concrete certifications and industry training are a plus.
