Previous concrete experience is not required. Pay will be based on skill and experience, and will include benefits paid for by the company.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Must be dependable and have a good work ethic.
• Complete construction tasks as assigned, based on experience.
• Abide by all company policies and safety rules.

Abilities:

• Knows and can operate construction tools safely.
• Motivated to learn and grow in the construction/concrete trade.
• Able to perform duties that are commonplace in the construction trade, with repeated bending, kneeling, pulling, and similar mobility function.
