This role involves assisting with job-site preparation, material handling, basic construction tasks, concrete project support, cleanup, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Assist construction crews with daily job-site and project activities. Prepare work areas, tools, materials, and equipment for scheduled tasks. Load, unload, move, and organize construction and concrete materials. Support concrete crews with preparation, placement, finishing, and cleanup activities as directed. Assist with measuring, positioning, carrying, and preparing materials. Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and responsibly. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each project. Assist with site preparation, debris removal, and post-project cleanup. Transport tools, equipment, and supplies between work areas as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members. Help monitor job-site materials and supplies. Follow established construction and workplace safety procedures. Report damaged equipment, material issues, or unsafe conditions to supervisors. Work cooperatively with crew members, contractors, and project personnel. Assist with project preparation, maintenance, and completion activities. Perform other construction and concrete service duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous construction, concrete, maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks safely. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic understanding of construction and workplace safety practices. Ability to handle tools, materials, and equipment responsibly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working in outdoor and changing job-site conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks safely. Reliable attendance and punctual work habits.
