Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing various concrete-related tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to building durable structures and beautiful hardscape features. Responsibilities Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create smooth, level surfaces according to project specifications. Set up and dismantle formwork (temporary molds) for concrete structures, ensuring proper alignment and stability. Install rebar reinforcement within forms to strengthen concrete elements, following blueprints and technical drawings. Operate hand tools, power tools, and concrete mixers safely and efficiently on various construction projects. Interpret construction plans and blueprints to understand project requirements and execute tasks accurately. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for concrete placement, formwork construction, and site cleanup. Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for yourself and team members. Skills Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery used in concrete work and general construction. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, technical drawings, and construction estimating processes. Experience with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and sealing techniques. Knowledge of rebar installation, metal stud framing, masonry, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and restoration work. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as concrete pumps and mixers confidently while adhering to safety standards. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations including OSHA guidelines or equivalent standards. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and specifications for accurate execution of tasks on-site. Pay:

$25.52 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
