Concrete Finisher Responsibilities Smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces Operate finishing tools (trowels, floats, edger, power trowels) Set forms, place concrete Work with flatwork, slabs, sidewalks, driveways, foundations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Travel upwards to 3 hours and have overnight stays during the week Requirements for Position Minimum 5 years experience in concrete construction Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work well with a team Safety‑focused mindset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady year‑round work 401k Health Insurance / Dental and Vision Per diem for out-of-town work
