3C's Concrete Work LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable Hands-On Crew Lead / Field Supervisor to serve as a working leader on commercial and industrial concrete projects. This is a hands-on field position. The Crew Lead will help perform concrete work while directing the crew, maintaining quality and safety standards, and communicating job-site needs to company leadership.

Responsibilities:

Lead and assist the crew with daily concrete work, pours, and formwork. Set forms, perform layout and grading, and assist with concrete placement and finishing. Oversee broom, mag, and steel-trowel finishes. Coordinate crew members, materials, equipment, and daily assignments. Communicate job progress and job-site needs to management. Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards. Hold crew members accountable while maintaining a professional, team-oriented work environment. Represent 3C's professionally when working with general contractors and customers.

Qualifications:

Several years of hands-on commercial concrete experience. Strong knowledge of form carpentry, concrete placement, grading, layout, and finishing. Previous crew-lead or field-supervision experience preferred. Ability to read plans and understand job-site layout. Must be able to communicate clearly in English with company leadership and the crew. Dependable transportation and a professional attitude. A valid driver's license may be required if driving is an essential job duty. Must be willing to perform hands-on field work—not only supervise from a distance.
