3C's Concrete Work LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Supervisor to oversee daily field operations on commercial and industrial concrete projects. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands concrete construction, can coordinate crews and resources, and takes pride in completing quality work safely and efficiently. The supervisor will communicate with company leadership, general contractors, and field employees to help keep projects organized, productive, and on schedule. 3C's Concrete Work is a family-led company guided by excellence, ethics, integrity, faith, humility, and accountability. Responsibilities Supervise daily concrete operations and field crews. Coordinate crew assignments, materials, equipment, and job-site activities. Assist with layout, grading, elevations, formwork, and concrete placement. Oversee footings, foundations, slabs, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and other commercial concrete work. Monitor concrete finishing, including broom, magnesium, and steel-trowel finishes. Read and follow project plans, specifications, and job-site instructions. Communicate project progress, staffing needs, material requirements, and equipment concerns to management. Coordinate professionally with general contractors, customers, inspectors, and other trades. Maintain quality, productivity, cleanliness, and safety standards. Enforce proper use of PPE, seatbelts, tools, and equipment. Identify and report job-site issues before they affect the schedule or quality of the work. Work alongside the crew when needed and remain actively involved in field operations. Qualifications Several years of hands-on commercial concrete experience. Previous experience supervising or leading concrete crews. Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, form carpentry, grading, layout, and elevations. Ability to read construction plans and use or understand laser levels. Ability to organize work, solve field problems, and make sound decisions. Strong communication and people-management skills. Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a respectful, team-oriented work environment. Dependable attendance, transportation, and professional conduct. Ability to perform physical work outdoors and remain active on a construction site. If driving is an essential job duty, the ability to legally drive and meet company driving requirements is required.
