Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:

Lead with purpose: Inspire, coach, and develop your plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service to every customer.

Oversee daily plant operations:

Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely concrete deliveries.

Champion customer service:

Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues with urgency and care.

Drive performance:

Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

Foster a culture of safety:

Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and positive work environment for all.

Promote teamwork:

Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.

Build relationships:

Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to support seamless operations.

Contribute to growth:

Participate in strategic planning and budgeting, sharing insights to enhance plant efficiency and profitability.

What Sets You Apart:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, or plant operations—experience in the concrete or construction industry is highly valued. Proficiency with dispatch software, Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to learn new systems. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for transportation and delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you build trust with team members, customers, and partners. Dedication to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings.
