Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves executing various concrete-related tasks on construction sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Duties Operate concrete mixers and power tools to pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces with precision Perform concrete cutting, finishing, and sealing tasks such as caulking and stucco application for aesthetic and functional purposes Use hand tools and heavy equipment safely to carry out demolition, restoration, or renovation projects involving concrete or masonry Install hardscape features like walkways, patios, or retaining walls using appropriate techniques and materials Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Skills Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation Expertise in construction estimating and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints Proficiency in concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and cutting techniques Experience working on diverse construction projects including restoration, renovation, or new builds involving masonry or flooring installation Knowledge of heavy lifting procedures and heavy equipment operation for efficient project execution Familiarity with safety protocol adherence specific to construction workplaces including OSHA standards Join us to build quality structures while advancing your skills in a vibrant construction environment!
