What You'll Do Assist with the production and handling of concrete products Lift, move, stack, and organize concrete materials Perform general construction labor and yard duties Operate hand and power tools safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures while working around heavy equipment and materials Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Skills and Experience What We're Looking For Previous experience in construction, concrete, masonry, or a related labor-intensive field is required Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the entire shift Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. repeatedly Ability to bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen Positive attitude and strong work ethic Outdoor Work Environment This position is performed 100% outdoors . During the summer months, you'll be working in Louisiana heat and humidity. Candidates must be prepared to work safely in all weather conditions—including extreme heat, cold, rain, and changing temperatures. Hydration is critical. We strongly encourage employees to begin hydrating the day before each shift and continue drinking water throughout the workday to stay safe and perform their best.
