RMX MA ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is responsible for expanding concrete sales in the Metro West & Worcester Markets by identifying opportunities with existing and new customers. The sales representative will be focused on bringing solutions to our customers jobsites.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all workenvironments and areas.

Plans and schedules visits to existing accounts in assigned territory per timeframe set by the department;suggests products for account to order, and facilitates problems to be corrected; establishes andmaintains rapport with accounts and client publishers in order to continue a positive business relationshipfor the department.

Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project number of contacts to bemade; follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

Attends operational meetings and participates in strategic planning for the enterprise. Represents thedepartment at regional and national industry conferences and trade exhibits.



Develops and supervises the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials; works with marketingstaff to develop and produce specialty sale materials as needed.

Oversees new and existing account services through quality checks and other follow-up as specified perdepartment requirements; identifies and resolves client concerns.

Prepares a variety of status reports, including trends in territory, upcoming events, closings, follow-up,and adherence to goals; reports on special developments, information, concerns or feedback gatheredthrough field activity.

Addresses and resolves customer service inquiries, requests and complaints.

Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety andenvironmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit thesebehaviors.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education:

Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years of equivalent experience

Field of Study Preferred:

Marketing

Required Work Experience:

1-3 years

  • Able to identify assumptions in anything, testing theirimplications and challenging their validity

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approvedPersonal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicablelaw, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator sealmeets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
