PCM Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with concrete in both new construction and repair projects, ensuring all work meets our high standards for quality, safety, and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete surfaces. Apply curing compounds, sealers, and surface treatments as needed. Operate hand and power tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds. Set and align forms for sidewalks, curbs, floors, and other concrete structures. Repair, patch, and resurface existing concrete. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized worksite. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to specification. Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role. Strong understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
