Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality concrete work that meets project specifications. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, maintain strict quality standards, and foster a collaborative team environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction initiatives while utilizing your expertise in concrete and construction management. Duties Lead and supervise concrete crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project plans and schedules Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align daily activities with overall project goals Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities Manage material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory control for concrete supplies and related materials Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections on-site Oversee quality control measures, including testing concrete mixes with tools like ohmmeters and ensuring adherence to specifications Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, etc. Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling using Primavera or Primavera P6 software; adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines Review contracts, change orders, and project budgets Skills Extensive experience in construction site supervision with a focus on concrete work and Ground up construction, including- foundations, piers, walls, slabs and sitework. Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques. Specifically Structural Cast In Place Concrete. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety management Skilled in managing budgets, contracts, and procurement processes within a construction environment Excellent leadership skills with proven supervising experience; capable of motivating teams toward common goals Strong understanding of quality control procedures to ensure succesful concrete pours Effective communication skills for coordinating between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members .
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
