If you have experience working with concrete and enjoy physically active, outdoor work, this role offers steady hours, skill development, and the chance to work on meaningful projec What You'll Be Doing As a Concrete Laborer, you'll be an essential part of the crew, supporting concrete installation from start to finish: Assist with concrete pouring, spreading, finishing, and curing Help set and strip forms Perform site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work area Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Support general labor and material handling tasks as needed Follow all job site safety procedures and guidelines What We're Looking For Required Skills & Experience 1-2 years of experience in construction or concrete work Familiarity with concrete tools, materials, and site processes Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions Dependable, safety‑minded, and team‑oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience with formwork, finishing, or reinforcement placement Experience in general labor on commercial or residential sites Why Work With Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, ME. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
