Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Concrete Pump Operator to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday, some weekends. This role involves operating concrete pump equipment to support construction projects, with comprehensive training provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate and maintain concrete pump equipment in accordance with project specifications. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure efficient and accurate concrete placement. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Adhere to all safety protocols and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and all random DOT drug tests. Concrete construction experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and working outdoors in varying conditions. Join us in building the future—where your skills drive progress! Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
