M&M Concrete is looking for new applicants to join our team! Construction experience is preferred but not required. We are a second generation, family-oriented business, with over 43 years in business. We specialize in Commercial and Residential Flatwork. Our work is primarily Local, Monday thru Friday, Averaging 40 hours per week. We are seeking reliable, hardworking, team-oriented individuals for long term, Full-time Employment. Experience in Concrete construction is preferred but not required. Competitive wages are based on level of experience with opportunities for advancement. Wages range from $22 to $30 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Set up lasers, string lines, chalk lines, grade stakes, and install formwork Level, grade and compact subgrade using hand tools and heavy equipment Level concrete, use screed boards, operate vibra screeds, and bull floats Use concrete finishing tools such as edgers, hand floats, and steel trowels Operate small tools such as circular saws, drills, grinders etc. Operate equipment such as compactors, concrete saws, and skid steers Maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces and vehicles
