A Concrete Finisher works with cement workers in a construction process. Smoothes and levels concrete that has been poured, monitors concrete as it hardens, and applies sealants as needed.
You will play a hands-on role in delivering quality residential concrete projects across the Holland community. Perform daily concrete preparation, pouring, and finishing tasks for residential sites. Operate high-quality equipment and specialized tools to streamline job site operations. Collaborate closely with crew members to maintain efficient daily workflow and project timing. Follow safety standards and job site procedures to ensure a secure work environment. Arrive to work on time every day ready to contribute to team goals with a positive attitude.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Strong work ethic, high energy, and a positive daily attitude. Willingness to learn trade skills and operate job site equipment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented field environment. Dependable transportation to ensure consistent, on-time daily attendance.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in residential concrete, or general construction. Basic familiarity with hand tools and concrete placement equipment.
