Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Crew Member and be a vital part of our team! In this role, you will work alongside skilled professionals to execute concrete-related tasks. Your hands-on contributions will ensure the success of various construction projects, from foundations to decorative finishes. Duties Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create smooth, durable surfaces aligned with project specifications Set up and dismantle formwork and scaffolding using carpentry skills and hand tools, ensuring safety and precision Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprint specifications to strengthen concrete structures Operate power tools such as concrete mixers, saws, and cutting equipment safely and efficiently Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols on the construction site Conduct concrete cutting, surface finishing, caulking, stucco application, and masonry work as needed for diverse projects Requirements High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of commercial diesel truck/trailer repair experience Proficiency in diesel engine, brake, and electrical diagnostics Ability to read wiring diagrams and repair manuals Valid driver's license with clean MVR Own basic hand and air tools required Working knowledge of
DOT/FMCSA
