The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work and construction, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions while following safety protocols. Duties Assist in the preparation of job sites for concrete pouring, including site cleanup and setup. Operate concrete pumping equipment and assist with the pouring and finishing of concrete. Perform tile laying, frame carpentry, plastering, masonry, and metal stud framing as needed. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project specifications. Renovate existing structures by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new installations. Handle heavy lifting tasks associated with moving materials and equipment on-site. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Qualifications Proven experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred. Skills in concrete pumping, tile laying, frame carpentry, plastering, masonry, metal stud framing, and renovation are highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately. Strong physical stamina with the capability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). Familiarity with safety protocols in construction environments. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to completing tasks on time.
