Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of job sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. Support skilled workers by carrying tools, supplies, and materials to designated areas as needed. Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers. Perform basic tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and loading/unloading materials under supervision. Follow all safety protocols diligently, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to site safety guidelines. Participate in routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Contribute positively to team efforts by maintaining a proactive attitude, asking questions, and demonstrating a strong work ethic. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education required but a willingness to learn is essential. Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly. Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
