Duties:

• Concrete Foreman oversees the preparation, placement, finishing on job site
• Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces
• Use various tools and equipment to apply and finish concrete, including trowels, screeds, and edgers
• Ensure proper curing and drying of concrete surfaces
• Repair and patch damaged or uneven concrete surfaces
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License/CDL preferred
• Previous experience in concrete finishing or related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Pay is based on experience and if you have a valid
