Responsibilities:

Pour, spread, and finish concrete surfaces using a variety of tools and equipment Build and set forms for foundations, walls, driveways, and slabs Install foundation waterproofing, install drain tile systems and repair masonry Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and concrete saws Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects Maintain and service tools and equipment Adhere to on-site safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

Proven experience in concrete finishing, form setting, and/or equipment operation (10+ years) Proficiency with construction tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A Class A Commercial Driver's License is a plus Veterans and Reservists are a plus!

Compensation and Benefits:
