We are currently seeking experienced Finishers to join our team. As a union contractor , NCM is committed to skilled craftsmanship, quality work, safety, and building long-term careers in the construction industry.

What You'll Do:

Finish and smooth freshly placed concrete using hand and power tools Set and maintain proper grades, elevations, slopes, and surfaces Perform edging, jointing, floating, troweling, and other finishing techniques Operate concrete finishing equipment, including power trowels Read and interpret drawings, elevations, and specifications Assist with concrete placement, forming, and related activities as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Work closely with foremen, laborers, and other members of the crew to meet project schedules and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher in commercial construction Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and equipment Ability to read construction drawings and understand grades/elevations Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work as part of a team Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job Union membership or eligibility to join the appropriate trade union
