General Job Descriptions:

• Experienced Concrete Finisher with references
• Required to perform a variety of tasks including forming, placing, finishing, protecting and repairing all concrete surfaces, according to specifications and drawings.
• Preform quality work, at a productive rate with minimal supervision.
• Follow company safety policies & have good communication skills.
• Show up to job site on time and ready to work.
• Ability to work different shifts, long hours (8+).
• Lay out work using chalk lines, plumb bobs, tapes, squares, and levels.
• Mixes cement using hoes, cement-mixing equipment, and/or hand tools.
• Cuts concrete using hammers, powered abrasive saws, drills, and/or hand tools.
• Molds expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers, and straightedge.
• Occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs., routinely lifting 50 lbs., climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and reaching to preform everyday job task.
• Knowledge of related tools, equipment and materials.
• Simple IRA available
