ROLE OVERVIEW

The Floor Coating Installer is one of the most important roles in our company. You are responsible for working as a team player, delivering on our promises, and providing every customer with a 5-star experience — from the first handshake to the final walkthrough. This is a hands-on field role. You will work alongside your crew every day executing high quality floor coating installations. You take pride in your work, show up ready to go, and help set the standard on every job site.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Installation Execute the full installation process — surface prep, grinding, crack and pit repair, base coat, flake broadcast, scrape, and topcoat Mix and apply Polyurea base coat and Polyaspartic topcoat Operate concrete surface prep equipment including Lavina grinders, 7 inch and 4 inch hand grinders, and vacuums Follow all installation SOPs as outlined in company training materials Leave every job site cleaner than you found it Job Site Standards Show up on time, ready to work, and in proper company attire Work efficiently and communicate clearly with your crew lead throughout the day Treat every customer and their property with respect Follow job site etiquette — professionalism, appearance, and attitude matter Truck and Equipment Help stock trucks daily with required materials and sundries Assist with loading daily materials the night before or morning of each job Assist with monthly maintenance on trucks, trailers, generators, vacuums, and grinders

QUALIFICATIONS

Required No experience necessary — we will train the right person from day one Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable and punctual — you show up when you say you will Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Positive attitude and willingness to be coached Ability to pass a background check Preferred Any hands-on labor, trades, or construction experience is a plus Experience working as part of a crew or team in a field environment Clear advancement path into Crew Lead roles for installers who demonstrate leadership potential — with performance pay models available at that level.
