Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Ready Mix Driver to join our team. Our Plant locations in Missouri are: West Plains, Thayer, Mountain View, Summersville, Winona, Ava, Theodosia, Cabool, Houston, Willow Springs, and Licking. We have one plant in Salem, Arkansas. Please verify that you live in the location in which you are applying. We have no plants in the Springfield, MO area. Our ideal candidate should be located locally and must have a Class B or A CDL license with the ability to drive manual transmissions and no other restrictions. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. As a Concrete Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of concrete projects. Duties Assist in the pouring of concrete for various projects, including sidewalks, driveways, and foundations. Operate concrete mixers to transport materials to and from the construction site. Collaborate with cunctators and team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment on construction sites. Qualifications Class A or B CDL license with no restrictions. Familiarity with operating commercial vehicles and heavy machinery is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of concrete mixing, forming, and paving, is advantageous. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues on-site. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job requirements as needed.
