$75,000 - $100,000 We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit. Ultimate LLC is seeking an experienced Bilingual Concrete Foreman to oversee self-performed commercial concrete operations across multiple active projects throughout the Kansas City Metro area. This position will lead concrete crews performing footings, foundations, foundation walls, slabs on grade, exterior flatwork, curb and gutter, and site concrete work. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial concrete experience, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives. + Crew training Requirements + 7+ years concrete experience + 3+ years foreman experience

+ Bilingual English/Spanish

+ OSHA 10 Certification

+ Valid driver's license
