Job Description

Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$100,000 - $135,000 per year Job Details - 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within concrete paving, heavy civil, highway, roadway, or infrastructure construction. Strong understanding of concrete paving operations, project scheduling, production, and construction processes. Experience managing projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout. Proven ability to manage project budgets, cost controls, change orders, billing, forecasting, and financial performance. Ability to develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating closely with field operations. Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, inspectors, engineers, and owners. Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation. Ability to identify project risks, resolve issues, and maintain progress against schedule and budget. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients. Experience with construction management software and project scheduling tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and accountability. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
