Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Foreman for a working foreman position to oversee and coordinate concrete construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules. This role requires strong leadership, construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of construction regulations and safety standards to ensure successful project completion. Duties Supervise and manage concrete crew members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work. Coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation, to meet project deadlines. Oversee the proper mixing, pouring, finishing, and curing of concrete according to project specifications. Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and standards. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project managers. Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain quality standards. Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety policies among crew members. Requirements Proven construction site experience with a focus on concrete work such as walls, flat work, decorative, curb and gutter with ada experience. Previous experience in crew management and construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction safety management practices. Familiarity with construction regulations and compliance standards. Ability to develop and manage construction schedules effectively. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment as this is a working foreman position. Pay:
$30.95 - $37.28 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
