- Full-time Epoxy Art Pros is seeking an experienced, professional installer to join our growing team.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience installing epoxy coatings, concrete overlays, resin-bound systems, or similar decorative concrete products Experience with surface preparation, concrete grinding, crack repair, and coating application Ability to lead, train, and manage a crew while also working alongside the team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 100+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredPreferred Experience:
Metallic epoxy systems Decorative flake/chip flooring systems Polyaspartic and polyurethane coatings Concrete staining and sealing Resin-bound stone systems, including Vuba Stone Commercial and residential coating applicationsWhat We Offer:
