Concrete Estimator Charlotte, NC $90K-$110K + Benefits Allegiance Group is partnered with a well-established concrete contractor in Charlotte, NC, and we are currently recruiting for an experienced Concrete Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented estimator with a strong background in concrete construction who is looking to join an established and growing contractor. As a Concrete Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a variety of concrete construction projects. You'll work closely with project managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are priced accurately and bids are submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and bid documents
• Complete detailed concrete quantity takeoffs
• Prepare accurate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare and submit competitive bids within deadlines
• Identify project risks, exclusions, and potential cost impacts
• Attend pre-bid meetings and project/site visits as required
• Work closely with project management and operations teams
• Maintain accurate estimating records and historical project costs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Proven experience estimating concrete construction projects
• Strong understanding of concrete construction methods, materials, and processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and cost estimating
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office
