This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, dependable transportation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew in various outdoor conditions. Responsibilities Assist with preparing work areas for concrete installation and repairs Perform excavation, grading, leveling, and site cleanup Load, unload, and move concrete, tools, materials, and equipment Assist with forming, placing, spreading, screeding, and finishing concrete Help install reinforcement materials, including rebar and wire mesh Assist with concrete demolition, removal, and replacement Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow project specifications, company procedures, and safety requirements Operate hand tools and equipment as directed Support paving, sealcoating, striping, and other construction activities as needed Work cooperatively with supervisors and other crew members Perform additional duties associated with concrete and site-work projects Qualifications Concrete, paving, construction, or general labor experience preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, stand, and work outdoors Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work safely Dependable transportation to job sites Valid driver's license preferred Willingness to work varied schedules, including early mornings when required Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Compensation Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
