Miraje is looking for a full-time Tradesman to join our Polished Concrete team, an on-site position based in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, resurfacing, and polishing concrete floors to achieve durable and aesthetically pleasing finishes. Key tasks include operating polishing floor grinders, applying sealers or coatings, inspecting work sites, and maintaining tools and equipment. Adherence to safety protocols and standards is required, as well as collaboration with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in using concrete polishing machines, tools, and equipment
• Experience in concrete finishing, preparation, and application of sealers or coatings
• An understanding of construction safety standards and protocols
• Ability to read and follow project plans and blueprints
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and operating machinery
• Prior experience in polished concrete work or similar fields is preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Must have ability to travel when needed
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus

Pay:

$16 - $24 (based on experience)
