This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and team culture. They've built a strong reputation over the years for doing quality work, treating employees right, and never laying off their concrete crew—even in the winter. As a Concrete Foreman , you'll lead a team of 3-10 professionals and manage 3+ projects at a time. You'll oversee work directly in the field involving setting forms, placing and finishing concrete, ensuring proper curing, and overseeing key steps like anchor bolt placement and saw cutting. You'll take direction from the Superintendent and be expected to push, teach, and motivate your crew to hit quality and budget goals. Projects are within a 2 hour range of Lincoln and the typical schedule is Monday-Friday starting between 6:30-7:00am and working until the day's job is done, with occasional weekends depending on project needs. $30-$37/hour Bonus up to $10K Company truck + gas card 401K + 3% match Health, dental & vision insurance
