Job Description
Concrete Finishers & Construction Laborers Based in Lincoln, NE (Travel required) At CL Construction , we don't just pour concrete, we build the foundations that keep communities and industries moving forward. From agricultural concrete projects to flatwork and foundations , our crews take pride in doing quality work safely, efficiently, and with precision. We're hiring Concrete Finishers and Construction Laborers who take pride in their craft and want steady, year-round work with a company that values safety, teamwork, and career growth. We are seeking individuals with concrete construction experience or a willingness to learn the trade in a hands-on construction environment. What You'll Do Prep, pour, place, and finish concrete for agricultural and commercial projects. Perform flatwork, form setting, and rebar placement for footings, walls, and slabs. Operate and maintain finishing tools, hand tools, and power equipment. Assist with site setup, cleanup, and concrete pours. Work as part of a field crew to meet daily construction schedules and quality standards . Safely lift, push, and pull 50-100 lbs. throughout your shift. Travel to job sites as needed (per diem provided when applicable).
What You'll Bring Concrete Finishers:
3+ years of experience in concrete finishing, formwork, pouring, and flatwork .Concrete Laborers:
Previous construction or concrete laborer experience preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key. Ability to read a tape measure and follow plans or layout instructions. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
