Requirements:

Must pass a drug screen and background check. Valid driver's license necessary. Prior concrete finishing experience desired.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform layout, site preparation, placement, and finishing of concrete on residential and commercial construction projects. Prepare ground, set forms to required elevations. Cut, bend, and set reinforcement. Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand or power trowels, hand or power screeds, and floats. Cut out damaged areas, drill holes for reinforcing rods, and place rods for concrete repair. Chip, scrape, and grind high spots, ridges, and rough projections using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, or hand tools. Operate tools safely and maintain them in good working condition. Work as part of a team, assisting others as needed Ability to operate a skid loader is a plus. Competitive pay based on experience.
