Located in southeast Nebraska, our family owned and operated company started with small construction projects and has expanded into the commercial sector of foundation and slab on grade concrete construction. We are currently looking for both experience and entry level concrete laborers and finishers. Experience is preferred, but not required, as we are always willing to train the right person. Responsibilities:

Set up and tear down of various concrete forms. Use of hand tools to finish surfaces of concrete floors, sidewalks, etc. Proper and safe use of equipment, materials, and supplies used on the job. Be aware of surroundings for potential hazards. Complete any necessary paperwork fully & in a timely fashion. Maintain professionalism with coworkers, customers, and others on the job site.

Requirements:

Legal right to work in the U.S. Strong work ethic with the ability to learn, adapt, focus, work hard, and follow protocols. The ability to work long hours as needed. The ability to do physical labor on the jobsite. (standing, walking, kneeling, lifting, etc.) Willingness to perform manual work following given instructions. Maintain a good relationship with co-workers and be a team player.
