We are seeking a dedicated and skilled concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a variety of construction skills. This role involves working on various construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. The Skilled Laborer will collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Duties Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Lay tiles accurately according to design specifications. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Perform welding tasks as needed for structural integrity. Assist in construction management by coordinating with team members on project timelines and deliverables. Engage in concrete forming activities, preparing sites for pouring concrete. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use. Collaborate with other laborers and tradespeople to complete projects on time. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics. Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in construction. Experience in tile laying, concrete forming, concrete finishing, or construction inspection is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team setting. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required by the job. Commitment to maintaining safety standards on the job site. Must be able to form concrete.
