Seeking a Senior Concrete Project Manager with experience in commercial concrete construction to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project execution. Responsibilities Manage commercial concrete construction projects from award through project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams. Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors. Monitor project costs, productivity, quality, and project performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety standards. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. Support estimating and preconstruction activities as needed. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Extensive experience managing commercial concrete construction projects. Experience managing structural concrete, foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and reinforced concrete. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor management. Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Safety certification is a plus.
