Garage Force of Monmouth & Ocean County Part-Time to Full-Time Lead Installer Position | Growth Opportunity | Professional Training Provided About Garage Force Garage Force is a premium provider of residential and commercial concrete coating systems and garage storage solutions throughout Monmouth and Ocean County. Our mission is to deliver durable, high-performance flooring and organized, functional storage systems that transform the way customers use their spaces. As we expand operations, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Installer to join our team. This role begins part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Lead Installer as our project volume increases. Position Summary The Installer supports the preparation and installation of polyurea/polyaspartic coating systems and assists with the assembly and installation of garage storage products including slatwall, shelving, cabinetry, and overhead racks. This position requires hands-on work, professionalism, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Perform concrete surface preparation: grinding, crack repair, patching, leveling Mix and apply coating materials according to Garage Force standards Broadcast decorative flake and apply top coats Install garage storage systems (slatwall, shelving, overhead racks, cabinets) Safely operate grinders, vacuums, and hand tools Load/unload materials and maintain organized work areas Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and customer-ready Communicate professionally with clients and represent the Garage Force brand with integrity Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Experience in construction, painting, flooring, carpentry, or related trades preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a small team Schedule & Compensation Part-time to start (20-30 hours/week) Weekday availability required; occasional Saturdays Competitive hourly pay ($20-$25/hr based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Paid training and advancement opportunities Why Join Garage Force Become part of a growing, high-quality brand Hands-on training with industry-leading products Clear path to full-time employment and leadership roles Work directly with ownership in a supportive, growth-focused environment Join us in delivering top-tier concrete coatings and garage storage solutions that stand the test of time!
