About the role No Limit Construction is a licensed NJ contractor handling asphalt, concrete, new construction, additions, and residential and commercial renovations. We're looking for an experienced laborer to join our crew on active projects across New Jersey. This is steady, year-round work with a busy, growing company. Responsibilities General labor on asphalt, concrete, and renovation jobsites Site prep, forming, pouring, grading, and cleanup Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment Operating hand and power tools safely Following crew lead direction and jobsite safety practices Requirements Prior construction experience Valid driver's license Able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Preferred (a plus, not required) CDL Experience with asphalt and/or concrete Own tools and/or work truck How to apply Apply through Indeed or contact us directly with your resume at info@nolimitcon.com.
