Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in performing a variety of tasks related to concrete work, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on expertise will help bring construction visions to life, from foundational work to finishing touches. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create durable and smooth surfaces. Set up and operate power tools and hand tools for formwork, rebar placement, and surface preparation. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute concrete-related tasks. Install rebar reinforcement and perform metal stud framing as required for structural integrity. Handle heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment such as concrete pumps and mixers safely. Perform masonry work including stucco, tile laying, and other hardscape elements to enhance project aesthetics. Support demolition, renovation, restoration, and framing activities on various construction sites. Experience Prior experience working on commercial or residential construction sites with concrete or related trades. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills. Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing techniques, and concrete pumping operations. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and safety protocols on construction sites. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards. Basic understanding of schematics, metal stud framing, masonry, welding, roofing, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration projects is preferred. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:
