This position is responsible for patching, repairing, and finishing precast concrete products to ensure they meet company quality and appearance standards. Schedule Monday through Friday. Overtime available as needed. Some Saturdays may be required Responsibilities Patch and repair surface imperfections, chips, voids, cracks, and other defects in precast concrete products. Perform cosmetic and structural concrete repairs to meet company quality standards. Use hand tools, grinders, saws, trowels, and other equipment safely and effectively. Match texture, color, and finish requirements on repaired concrete surfaces. Follow repair procedures, production schedules, and workplace safety standards. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with production, quality, and supervisory teams. Qualifications Experience in concrete finishing, masonry, patching, or related construction trades preferred. Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift, bend, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Manufacturing or precast concrete experience is a plus. Work Environment This position works in a manufacturing and production environment and may require exposure to dust, noise, changing temperatures, and heavy equipment. Appropriate PPE must be worn at all times.
