WHY THIS JOB AND NOT THE NEXT ONE ON THE LIST
Software is going to eat a lot of desk jobs over the next ten years. It is not going to weld a gate frame or set a footing in caliche. People who can put their hands and eyes on physical things, talk to a customer standing in their own driveway, and lead a crew are going to be worth more every year, not less. And we are growing. We are not looking for a warm body to get us through this month. We are looking for people who want to still be here in five years running a crew of their own. If that is what you are after, say so in your application
  • we read them.
SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM start out of our Albuquerque shop. Occasional Saturday on install-heavy weeks, paid as overtime.
HOW TO APPLY
Apply right here on Indeed. We answer fast
  • usually the same business day.
Everyone who applies gets a short screening form with a few real questions about the work. Fill it out by the deadline and you are in the running.
