Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced concrete subcontractor to complete a residential concrete apron installation around an existing home. This is a labor-focused project for a contractor with experience in residential flatwork and proper drainage.
Scope of Work:
Install a 3-foot-wide reinforced concrete apron around the entire perimeter of the home (approximately 185 linear feet ). Perform site preparation including light clearing, grading, and compaction. Install and compact gravel base where required. Form and pour approximately 8 cubic yards of 3,500 PSI reinforced concrete at approximately 4 inches thick . Finish concrete with a broom finish. Cut/install control joints. Complete cleanup and final grading to ensure water drains away from the home's foundation.
Contractor Requirements:
Experience with residential concrete flatwork. Must be able to form, reinforce, pour, and finish concrete professionally. Reliable transportation. Ability to complete work on schedule.
Pay:
$1,300.00 per day
